Service Use.
By engaging with Insiders Concierge, you agree to use our services in accordance with these terms. Our services are provided for lawful purposes, and you must not use them in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our operations or reputation.
Booking and Payment Terms.
Full payment is required upon confirmation of services unless otherwise agreed. All payments should be made through the approved methods listed on our website. Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the service date are non-refundable. Certain services, particularly those involving third-party providers, may be subject to additional cancellation fees.
Refund Policy.
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation terms mentioned above. In cases where services are undelivered due to our fault, a full refund will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days through the original payment method. No refunds will be provided for services rendered.
Dispute Resolution.
All disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved under the laws of Thailand. In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to seek an amicable solution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
Modification of Terms.
Insiders Concierge reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Insiders Concierge provides services 'as is,' without any guarantees or warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with local laws.
